Qualification Requirements:

The course is designed for junior private equity, investment banking, and legal professionals who may benefit from an overview of the primary legal concepts pertaining to mergers and acquisitions in Asia Pacific.

This 1-day training course comprises a series of one-hour sessions covering a wide range of topics – including SPAs, legal due diligence, SHAs, merger control, NDAs, and other aspects of corporate transactions. Sessions will be conducted by senior members of the Clifford Chance Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity team who are specialists in these areas.
