Qualification Requirements:

The course is designed for junior finance professionals and lawyers who may benefit from an overview of the primary legal concepts across banking and capital markets products.

This 2-day training program comprises a series of one-hour sessions covering a wide range of topics – including general lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, green loans and sustainability-linked loans, securities lending, capital markets, asset and project finance, and restructuring and insolvency. These sessions will be conducted by senior members of the Clifford Chance team who are specialists in these respective product areas.
