Shook Lin & Bok LLP (SLB) is a leading Singapore a full-service firm with a strong regional presence. SLB will offer 2 placements in its Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency teams for qualifying candidates. Candidates offered a placement will be attached to lawyers, both senior and junior, for the duration of the placement. SLB will provide candidates with an introduction to the Singapore legal system, and basic concepts of Singapore law. Candidates will be exposed to the work done by SLB lawyers, including attending Court and Arbitral Tribunal hearings. Candidates will be expected to assist in drafting and research tasks. Successful candidates will be attached to a team of lawyers headed by Mr Sarjit Singh Gill, S.C., or Mr David Chan.
